Commander Lilith Shepard is a mostly Renegade Commander, generally taken before obtaining the Reaper-IFF.
Despite her Renegade status, when she is played after the Omega Relay, she chose the Paragon ending.
(I am not Lilith, and she is based on the game Mass Effect 2. The PB I am using is a temporary one, until game icons are acquired.)
